Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Rotadeck.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Rotadeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Rotadeck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Free Plan Limits

The Free plan is subject to the following limits: up to 3 users, and a maximum of 100 SMS/call notifications per account, per month. Free plan accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be deleted. Rotadeck reserves the right to adjust Free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice. Exceeding plan limits may result in restricted access until you upgrade to a paid plan.

6. Intellectual Property

Rotadeck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rotadeck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotadeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
